Santa Cruz Village
Description: A housing program of PGCSC. Santa Cruz Village is a senior independent living housing complex located in Eloy, Arizona. The 30 units have one bedroom, a kitchen, living room, bath and patio with independently controlled air conditioning and heating. HUD’S occupancy requirements and procedures ensure that tenants receive the proper level of assistance and that tenants are treated fairly and consistently. Seniors pay 30% of adjusted income for rent.
A large Community Room is available for all our residents to conduct meetings or use for special occasions and fun activities. It is equipped with a large screen TV, activity games, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Eligibility for Santa Cruz Village:
- Applicants must meet the annual income guidelines and be elderly (age 62+) or physically challenged (age 18+),
- Applicants must disclose Social Security numbers,
- Applicants must sign Authorization of Release of Information forms prior to receiving assistance and annually thereafter, and
- Must have eligible status in the U.S.
