Description: Provides adaptations (like ramps or grab bars), structural repairs and/or modifications to the client’s home for the purpose of maintaining safety and independence.

Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be:

• At least 60 years of age, or
• Disabled, 18-59 years old, and have a physician-diagnosed physical or mental impairment that substantially limits your ability to perform activities of daily living.

Cost: Donations are encouraged, needed, and appreciated.

Availability: Available in Pinal and Gila counties.
