Now PGCSC has responded by publishing AgeAlert, a new mental alertness and wellness educational program for seniors. The program covers heart rate, breathing, realistic exercises, food and nutrition, improving sleep, coping with stress, talking with doctors, medical rights and responsibilities, coping with the blues and depression, mental exercises, preventing falls, and steps for changing habits.
